Enrolment step by step Step 1 • Register at our on-line Enrolment System, • Complete an on-line application form, • Upload your portfolio (up to 20 works), • Upload scanned copies of the do- cuments required: — identity card or passport; — document confirming the know- ledge of the English language proficiency at minimum B2 level; — diploma of higher education (BA or MA) and a document confirming the course of stud- ies (a transcript of subjects and grades, a supplement to the diploma or a student’s record book). Remember! All foreign graduation diplomas must be accompanied by an apostille! Diplomas, transcripts and certificates issued in a language other than Polish or English have to be translated into the Polish lan- guage by a Polish sworn translator. Step 2 The Recruitment Board analyses up- loaded documents and issues a deci- sion. Step 3 You need to provide the originals of the above documents and some additional information, for example: • a scanned copy of a health insurance policy, • a colour scan of a document entitling its holder to a long-term stay in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
