Sculpture as a field of study, offers a programme that encompasses both traditional and contemporary me- thods. Our students have the opportu- nity to work in sculpture workshops equipped with professional machi- nery. Equipment and the technical knowledge available in the studios of wood, metal, casting, renovation, and intermedia are among the best in Po- land. The students still work using clay and life models, while simultaneously studying sculpture in the environment of architecture and urban planning. Additionally, they take part in open-air workshops. Shaping a block or a solid figure and incorporating it into its surroundings is the basic foundation of sculpture, but at the same time, the biggest challenge.
